Courant Koala Climbing Harness: Comfort and Functionality for Arborists

A climbing harness has to do more than hold your equipment. It must provide dependable support, allow unrestricted movement and remain comfortable throughout long periods in the canopy.

The Courant Koala Climbing Harness was developed around these practical requirements.

Designed for Climbing Comfort

The Koala uses a carefully selected combination of foams across its waist and leg padding. This construction provides support while remaining breathable, helping reduce discomfort during extended climbing sessions.

Improved leg padding distributes pressure more comfortably, while the harness's relatively lightweight construction supports natural movement around the tree.

Fast, Practical Adjustment

Multiple rapid-adjustment points help climbers achieve a secure fit without an unnecessarily complicated setup. The harness is available in three sizes, allowing users to select the most suitable waist and thigh range.

Premium AustriAlpin stainless-steel COBRA® buckles provide secure, convenient fastening and are designed to stand up to professional use.

Built Around the Working Arborist

Generous gear loops give climbers space to organise frequently used equipment, while an additional rear loop can accommodate compatible accessories.

Openable rings make the attachment bridge easier to replace, and the upgraded bridge incorporates a wear indicator to assist with equipment inspection. The Koala can also be paired with a compatible chest harness when additional support is needed for heavier equipment.
