Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage 

ArbSupplies ships Australia-wide to all states and territories. 
 
We currently do not offer standard international shipping. If you require international delivery, please contact us to discuss your requirements and obtain a freight quote. 

2. Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and delivery location. ArbSupplies endeavours to secure the fastest delivery service to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Standard flat rate shipping costs (as calculated at checkout):

  • 0–19 kg: $15 AUD
  • 20–29 kg: $30 AUD
  • 30–100 kg: $50 AUD

All shipping rates are provided in AUD and include GST where applicable. 

Important Notes:

  • Additional costs may apply for bulk or oversized items.
  • Currently, we do not ship heavier items (20 kg+) to WA or Tasmania. You will not see shipping options for these items at checkout. Please contact us directly for assistance:

  • Any additional freight charges for non-standard items will be displayed at checkout or communicated before dispatch.

3. Order Processing 

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). 
 
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details. 
 
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. ArbSupplies is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional charges due to incorrect address details supplied by the customer. 
 
PO Boxes: PO Box addresses can be used for some items; however, due to carrier and freight limitations, we strongly prefer a physical street address for delivery wherever possible. 

4. Delivery Timeframes 

Estimated delivery times after dispatch: 
 
• Metro areas: 2–5 business days 
• Regional areas: 5–10 business days 
• Remote areas: May take longer depending on carrier schedules 

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather events, peak periods, and carrier delays.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist where possible.

5. Shipping Carriers 

We use trusted Australian carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, Couriers Please, FedEx and Aramex. 

Carrier selection is based on the size, weight and destination of your order. 

6. Click & Collect 

Free Click & Collect is available from:

Orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. 
 
Please bring your order confirmation email and valid photo ID. 

7. Order Tracking 

All shipped orders include tracking. Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched.  
If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days, please contact us. 

8. Authority to Leave & Risk 

If you select or provide Authority to Leave (ATL), your order may be left at the delivery address without a signature.

Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer. We recommend selecting this option only if it is safe to do so.
