Silky Zubat Curved Handsaw

The Silky Zubat is a professional-grade curved pruning saw designed for fast, controlled cutting through fresh wood. Made in Japan and widely used by arborists, it is equally suited to forestry, gardening, farming and general property maintenance.

Its aggressively curved blade helps keep the teeth securely engaged with the branch while cutting. This provides greater control when working above shoulder height, below the knees or in other difficult positions. The raised blade tip further reduces the chance of the saw slipping out of the cut.

Silky’s large, impulse-hardened teeth cut efficiently on the pull stroke and retain their sharpness through demanding use. The non-set tooth design creates a smooth kerf with less resistance, helping deliver clean, precise pruning cuts.

A full-tang blade runs through the rubber-moulded handle for excellent strength and balance. The comfortable grip helps absorb vibration and provides secure handling in wet or demanding working conditions.

The Zubat is available in five blade lengths, allowing you to choose the right size for precision pruning, everyday tree maintenance or larger branches and removals.
