The Husqvarna Automower® 580 EPOS® is a high-performance commercial robotic mower engineered for sports fields and intensively maintained turf.

With an area capacity of up to 16,000 m², a powerful 80 W cutting motor and a cutting-height range of 20–60 mm, it delivers reliable results across dense, fast-growing and heavily fertilised grass.

Husqvarna EPOS® satellite technology enables precision mowing with virtual boundaries instead of physical boundary wire. Grounds teams can adjust work areas, mowing patterns and temporary stay-out zones as maintenance requirements change.

The mower is managed remotely through Husqvarna Fleet Services™, allowing operators to monitor performance and control one mower or an entire fleet from a smartphone, tablet or computer.

Consistent Cutting on Demanding Turf

The powerful cutting motor and five-blade cutting disc are designed for frequent mowing in dense and intensively managed grass.

A spring-loaded floating cutting system adapts to uneven ground contours, helping deliver a consistent finish across sports fields and commercial turf. Cutting height can be adjusted electronically between 20 and 60 mm.

Systematic mowing allows the mower to work in organised lines and create patterns such as parallel stripes, checkerboard, triangles and diamonds.

Flexible EPOS® Installation

Husqvarna EPOS® uses satellite positioning to create accurate virtual boundaries without installing physical boundary wire.

This makes it easy to adjust the mowing installation around:

• Aeration and turf renovation

• Reseeding and repair work

• Line marking and pitch preparation

• Temporary events

• Construction or maintenance areas

• Fields with changing seasonal use

Satellite correction data can be received through Husqvarna Cloud where reliable mobile coverage is available.

Where mobile coverage is limited, or the highest level of positioning accuracy is required, a compatible EPOS® RS5 or RS 4G Reference Station is recommended and sold separately.

A professional site assessment is recommended to determine the most suitable setup.

Husqvarna Fleet Services™

Husqvarna Fleet Services™ gives grounds teams central control of individual mowers or larger robotic fleets.

Use the platform to:

• Start, stop and park the mower

• Monitor mower status and location

• Create and adjust work areas

• Set schedules and cutting heights

• Choose mowing directions and patterns

• Add temporary stay-out zones

• Send the mower to a designated maintenance point

• Receive notifications and security alerts

• Install firmware updates

Built for Commercial Operation

The reinforced rubberised front bumper helps reduce impact force when the mower encounters hard objects.

Commercial maintenance features include a quick-release cutting disc, a 180-degree service position and IPX5 construction for easy cleaning with a garden hose.

Optional active wheel brushes can also be fitted to help keep the rear wheels clear and maintain traction.
