The Husqvarna Automower® 435X AWD NERA with Wire-Free Technology is a premium robotic lawn mower built for large, complex and steep lawns.

Its all-wheel-drive system and articulated body provide excellent traction and manoeuvrability across rough terrain, narrow passages and slopes of up to 70% within the mowing area.

Using Husqvarna EPOS® satellite technology, the mower operates within precise virtual boundaries created through the Automower® Connect app. This removes the need for a physical boundary wire and gives you the flexibility to adjust work areas, transport paths and temporary stay-out zones whenever your lawn or garden layout changes.

With systematic mowing, the 435X AWD NERA can maintain lawns up to 5,000 m². For complex areas using an irregular mowing pattern, it offers a capacity of up to 3,500 m².

This wire-free bundle includes the Husqvarna EPOS® RS1 Reference Station required to create the virtual installation.

Powerful All-Wheel-Drive Performance

The Automower® 435X AWD NERA is designed for properties where conventional robotic lawn mowers may struggle.

Its all-wheel-drive system independently controls each wheel to maintain traction across steep slopes, rough ground and uneven terrain. The articulated rear body improves manoeuvrability and allows the mower to navigate complex lawn layouts and narrow areas.

The mower can handle slopes of up to 70%, equivalent to approximately 35 degrees, within the mowing area.

Wire-Free EPOS® Installation

Husqvarna EPOS® uses satellite-based positioning to create precise virtual boundaries without installing a physical wire around the lawn.

Using the Automower® Connect app, you can create and adjust:

• Virtual work areas

• Transport paths

• Temporary stay-out zones

• Individual mowing schedules

• Different cutting heights for separate areas

• Systematic or irregular mowing patterns

Virtual boundaries can be changed whenever required, making it easy to protect seasonal flowers, newly planted areas, garden projects or spaces temporarily being used for recreation.

The included EPOS® RS1 Reference Station helps provide the positioning correction data required for accurate wire-free navigation.

A property assessment is recommended before installation to confirm suitable satellite coverage and an appropriate location for the Reference Station.

Systematic and Irregular Mowing

Choose the mowing method that best suits each section of your property.

Systematic mowing guides the mower along organised parallel paths, increasing the maximum area capacity to 5,000 m². You can also select visual lawn patterns including:

• Stripes

• Checkerboard

• Triangles

Irregular mowing cuts from changing directions to create a smooth, carpet-like finish. It is suitable for complex or obstacle-filled lawn areas up to 3,500 m².

Different mowing methods and settings can be assigned to individual work areas through Automower® Zone Control.

Automower® Zone Control

Automower® Zone Control lets you customise lawn maintenance across different parts of your property.

Using the Automower® Connect app, you can create:

• Separate work areas

• Individual mowing schedules

• Different cutting heights

• Temporary stay-out zones

• Protected areas around seasonal flowers

• Exclusion zones around garden projects or outdoor activities

These areas can be adjusted without digging up or repositioning physical boundary wire.

Object Detection and Avoidance

Ultrasonic sensors help the mower detect and avoid obstacles on the lawn. This reduces the risk of unnecessary impacts and unplanned stops while helping the mower work more efficiently.

The lawn should still be kept clear of small items, toys, garden hoses and other objects that may be difficult for the mower to detect.
