DMM Tendon

The DMM Tendon is a clean, efficient solution for lifting knee ascenders, improving rope ascent by delivering smooth, consistent tension throughout every climb.

Using a long length of high-performance shock cord routed around the full circumference of the waist, the Tendon provides a greater range of stretch while maintaining even tension as you ascend. When not in use, the system retracts neatly inside the tube, keeping your harness organised and reducing the risk of snagging.

A smooth, flared tube entry combined with a durable Dyneema-covered elastic minimises friction and wear, improving efficiency and extending the system's service life.

Designed specifically for DMM Kinisi harnesses, the Tendon Tube Clips attach directly to the harness mounting points for a secure, integrated fit. The included XSRE Swivel Carabiner with 11 mm Eye provides a compact, reliable connection to your knee ascender. For increased lifting force and improved alignment, both ends of the elastic can be fitted with an XSRE Swivel Carabiner, effectively doubling the system's lifting power.
