Wire-free commercial robotic mowing for steep and challenging terrain
The Husqvarna Automower® 535 AWD EPOS® is a professional robotic mower designed for demanding commercial turf areas, corporate grounds and municipal estates. It combines wire-free EPOS® navigation with all-wheel drive to manage complex lawns, uneven terrain and slopes of up to 70% (35°).
Satellite-based Husqvarna EPOS® technology uses virtual boundaries, allowing work areas, transport paths and temporary stay-out zones to be adjusted digitally as site requirements change. With no physical boundary wires to maintain in an EPOS® installation, there is less risk of downtime caused by damaged cables.
Through Husqvarna Fleet Services™, operators can remotely monitor, control and manage an individual mower or an entire equipment fleet from a smartphone, tablet or computer.
All-wheel drive for demanding terrain
The AWD system independently controls all four wheels to provide dependable traction across rough ground and steep slopes. Its articulated rear body improves manoeuvrability through complex lawn layouts and around obstacles.
The mower can handle slopes of up to 70% within the working area and up to 50% at the virtual or physical boundary.
Wire-free EPOS® navigation
Husqvarna EPOS® uses satellite-based RTK-GNSS technology to deliver positioning accuracy down to approximately 2 cm. Virtual boundaries remove the need for physical perimeter wires and give operators greater flexibility when managing changing commercial sites.

EPOS® technology allows the mower to cut in efficient parallel lines and create selectable patterns such as stripes, diamonds, triangles and checkerboards. This helps deliver a professional presentation across corporate grounds, public spaces and managed turf areas.
Professional fleet management
Husqvarna Fleet Services™ provides remote access to mower status, schedules, operating data and location. Fleet managers can supervise one mower or multiple compatible machines through a smartphone, tablet or computer.
The professional user interface limits controls on the mower to essential START and STOP functions, helping prevent unauthorised adjustments in public environments.
Efficient five-blade cutting system
Five pivoting razor blades provide a consistent cut across frequently maintained commercial turf. The electric cutting-height adjustment can be set between 30 and 70 mm, while dual cutting direction helps promote even blade wear.
Ultrasonic object detection helps the mower identify obstacles and reduce hard collisions during operation.
